#MyGoSaveGoal Promo

PROMO MECHANICS / TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. The #MyGoSaveGoal promo is open to all valid GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) users, except GoTyme Bank employees and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity and affinity (“User”) whose accounts are in good standing during the promo period.
   • Good standing users are defined as accounts that are not suspended, blocked, closed, and/or still under account review.
2. The promo period is from February 28 to May 31, 2025. 
3. By joining this competition, the participant confirms that they read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions. 
4. To qualify for the promo and successfully join the contest, the User must meet the following requirements: 
   • The User must post and share a qualified #MyGoSaveGoal post on social media accomplishing the given creative prompt on GoTyme Bank’s social media post.
     • Share a screenshot of your most creative Go Save goal.
     • How do you use your GoTyme Bank account to reach your savings goal?
   • Qualified social media post: 
     • Must be posted publicly on user’s Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok feed (i.e. the post must be visible to the Public). 
       Must answer the #MyGoSaveGoal prompt, either in the caption or in the form of a video/photo post showing their goals. 
     • Must include a qualified screenshot/screen recording of qualified Go Save goals. 
     • Caption must include the official hashtags #SimplifiedSavings #MyGoSaveGoal, and tag the official page of GoTyme Bank on Facebook and @GoTymeBank on Instagram and TikTok.
   • Only qualified Go Save goals made by the User in the User’s GoTyme Bank account will be qualified for the promo and earn entries.
     • Qualified Go Save goal:
       • User must have at least two (2) Go Save goals set in the User’s GoTyme Bank account as shared in their post.
       • Go Save goals are named after the User’s personal saving goal (e.g. travel, emergency fund, car, etc.). 
       • Go Save goals must have been created on or before May 31, 2025.
       • Must have an amount of at least Php 1,000 per goal. 
       • Go Save target amount must be at least Php 10,000 per goal.
     • Qualified Go Save goal screenshot or screen recording: 
       • Screenshot & screen recording must show the full GoTyme Bank interface showing the overview of all Go Save goals (see Appendix A for reference.)
       • Go Save goal name must be readable and clearly seen.
       • Sensitive details such as total savings amount, savings amount per Go Save goal must be blurred out in the screenshot & screen recording. 
     • For verification and tracking purposes, User must register and fulfill THIS FORM by May 31, 2025 at 6 PM.  
       • When participants provide their information to GoTyme Bank, they consent to allowing GoTyme Bank to collect and process their personal information for the purposes of this contest and to validate the winners in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173) and GoTyme’s Privacy Policy.  Visit https://www.gotyme.com.ph/privacy-policy/ to see our privacy policy. 
     • Participants’ entries must not be data privacy intrusive (i.e. sharing of personal information such as full name, contact details, account information, etc.)
       • Participants’ entries found to be data privacy-intrusive will be disqualified from participating in the promo. 
   • One (1) qualified social media post on feed is equivalent to one (1) entry.
   • Users are allowed to have multiple entries.
   • Only social media posts made within the promo period will be qualified for the promo.
   • Users must have posted their #MyGoSaveGoal entry to have a chance to win the prizes.
   • The User must have updated contact details in GoTyme Bank’s records. 

PRIZES

There will be twelve (12) prizes:

• 1st  Prize: 1 winner of Php 100,000 cash prize
• 2nd Prize: 1 winner of Php 50,000 cash prize
• 3rd Prize: 2 winners of Php 25,000 cash prize each
• 4th Prize: 8 winners of Php 10,000 cash prize each

All prizes will be credited to the winner User’s GoTyme Bank account.

Withholding tax (on prizes exceeding Php 10,000) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by GoTyme Bank Corporation. 

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

1. Criteria for judging

   In case of a tie, judges will deliberate the score. Judges: Chosen members of the GoTyme Bank Marketing and Strategy & Proposition team.
   
   
2. Screening and shortlisting of entries will be held on the 3rd of June, 2025.
3. Choosing of winners will be held on the 13th of June 2025, either through online via Microsoft Teams, or on-site at the GoTyme Bank Office (21F Giga Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City), in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
4. Upon reasonable belief of GoTyme Bank, any user who will manipulate, game, or exploit the contest, or any attempt thereof, through fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal means or method intended to circumvent the terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification. 
5. The Winner will be notified by GoTyme Bank (help@gotyme.com.ph) via registered mail, e-mail, social media direct message to the registered account handle, Viber and/or SMS within three (3) weeks from the deliberation date. He/she will be given sixty (60) calendar days to acknowledge the message sent by GoTyme Bank. Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of the prize. If, for whatever reason, the winner does not want to avail of the prize, he/she may notify GoTyme Bank by calling GoTyme Bank Customer Service to opt-out. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
6. The prizes, including any rights and privileges conferred hereby to the winner/s of this promo, are not transferable in any manner.
7. The Winner will be announced and posted on GoTyme Bank’s social media pages, press releases and/or electronic direct mail on June 30, 2025.
8. To claim the prize, winners must provide their name and address, and present one (1) valid government ID, his/her valid GoTyme Bank account number, notarized quitclaim and Tax Identification Number (TIN). The Winner must submit the aforementioned requirements to GoTyme Bank’s official email address (help@gotyme.com.ph), except for the notarized quitclaim which must be sent to GoTyme’s office, within one (1) week after acknowledgement of the message sent by GoTyme Bank.
9. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by a Participant to GoTyme Bank will be understood as his or her express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme Bank its affiliates, and authorized/partner third-parties, to collect and process such information, and to use or share such information for the purpose of facilitating this promotion, improving its services and products, marketing promotions, analyzing market and business data, maintaining statistical and historical resources that will allow GoTyme Bank to perform better, and other legitimate purpose it may deem beneficial. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
10. By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to GoTyme to have their names appear in Public Channels. Your acceptance to be chosen as the winner or act of claiming any of the prizes under this promo shall be taken as your clear and categorical expression of your consent for GoTyme to use your name in Public Channels.
11. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free GoTyme Bank from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct of GoTyme Bank. GoTyme Bank shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards.
12. Consequently, GoTyme Bank shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.
