Terms and Conditions

1. This promo is open to valid GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme Bank”) users.
   • Valid GoTyme Bank users are accounts that are not suspended/ blocked/ closed or still under account review.
2. The promo is applicable to qualified transactions made from March 05, 2025 (0:00) – June 30, 2025 (23:59).
   • Qualified transaction is a transaction that is successfully made outside of the Philippines worth at least ₱2,500.00 in a single receipt transaction.
   • Qualified transactions refer to POS transactions only.
3. All employees of GoTyme Bank and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
4. There will be one (1) winner of the Contest Prize and five (5) winners of the Raffle Prize:
   • The Contest Prize is one (1) winner of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000)
   • The Raffle Prizes consist of five (5) winners of ten thousand pesos (₱10,000) each
5. To be qualified for the prizes:
   • For the Raffle Prizes, Participants must pay using their GoTyme Bank Visa debit card transaction abroad to qualify (“Qualified transactions”), with a minimum amount of ₱2,500.00 in a single receipt transaction to qualify as one (1) raffle entry.
   • For the Contest prize, Participants must pay using their GoTyme Visa debit card transaction abroad to qualify (“Qualified transactions”), with a minimum amount of ₱2,500.00 in a single receipt transaction to qualify as one (1) entry. In addition to be qualified for the Contest Prize, Participant must meet the following:
     • Participant must have his/ her social media account settings into Public.
     • Participant must make a public post on their platform of choice – Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok. The post must detail out what the customer purchased abroad and contain the following but not limited to: (1) the actual purchased items/ services, (2) the prices of the items/ services purchased, and (3) description of their experience paying with their GoTyme Bank debit card.
     • The format of the content may either be in a static photo/s or a video format and must have the hashtags: #GoUnlockTheWorld and tag the official accounts on the platform they posted on - GoTyme Bank on Facebook and @gotymebank on TikTok and Instagram.
     • After posting the material, Participant must fill out THIS SURVEY FORM that contains their (1) full name, (2) verified GoTyme Bank email address, (3) verified GoTyme mobile number, (4) present home address, (5) social media platform used, (6) his/her social media username, (7) external link to their post, and (8) screenshot of participant’s post
     • The public post must be kept live until August 31, 2025.
6. Participants can earn unlimited raffle entries to the Raffle prize. For example, if a Participant spends P10k based on the spending abroad, then the Participant earns four (4) raffle entries to the Raffle Prize. A Participant can only win once in the raffle. But, if a customer is eligible to the Raffle Prize and is considering joining the Contest Prize, he/ she must meet all the criteria under 5b of the mechanics.
7. Participants can earn only one (1) entry to the Contest Prize regardless of how much content they create and post on both platforms. For example, if a Participant spends P10,000.00 based on the spending abroad, then the Participant meets all the criteria under 5b of the mechanics, he/ she will be eligible to one (1) entry only. In the event a Participant wins the Raffle Prize, he or she is still eligible to win the Contest Prize.

9. Screening and shortlisting of entries for the Contest Prize shall happen from July 01 – 11, 2025.
10. The raffle draw for the Raffle Prize and the final judging of the shortlisted entries for the Contest Prize will be on July 14, 2025 and shall be conducted virtually in the presence of a representative from GoTyme Bank and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
11. Any cancellation, refund, or returns of orders will result in a cancellation of all raffle entries earned from that transaction.
12. Prizes are non-transferrable to anyone.
13. The Participant must have updated contact details in GoTyme Bank’s records.
14. The Winners will be notified by GoTyme Bank via registered mail, e-mail, and SMS within two (2) weeks from the draw date. He/she will be given thirty (30) calendar days to acknowledge the message sent by GoTyme Bank. Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of the prize. If, for whatever reason, the winner does not want to avail of the prize, he/she may notify GoTyme Bank by calling GoTyme Bank Customer Service to opt-out. GoTyme Bank reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
15. The Winners will be announced and posted on GoTyme Bank’s social media pages, press releases and/or electronic direct mail on July 30, 2025.
16. The prizes shall be credited to the Participant’s GoTyme Bank account.
17. Any personal or sensitive information supplied by a Participant to GoTyme Bank will be understood as his or her express, active, and positive consent to allow GoTyme Bank its affiliates, and authorized/partner third- parties, to collect and process such information, and to use or share such information for the purpose of facilitating this promotion, improving its services and products, marketing promotions, analyzing market and business data, maintaining statistical and historical resources that will allow GoTyme Bank to perform better, and other legitimate purpose it may deem beneficial. Such consent shall be valid until the purposes enumerated have been fulfilled.
18. By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to GoTyme Bank to have their names appear on Public Channels. Your acceptance to be chosen as the winner or act of claiming any of the prizes under this promo shall be taken as your clear and categorical expression of your consent for GoTyme Bank to use your name in Public Channels.
19. The Participants hereby agree to hold GoTyme Bank free from any and all liability that may be incurred as a result of their participation in this promo as well as any claim or use of the raffle prize(s), except when such damages are incurred as a result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the part of GoTyme Bank. Consequently, GoTyme shall not entertain any claims, whether for indemnity or reimbursement.
20. Upon reasonable belief of GoTyme Bank, any Participant who will manipulate, game, or exploit the raffle, or any attempt thereof, through fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, illegal means or method intended to circumvent the terms and conditions will immediately be disqualified from participating in this promo.
