Terms and Conditions
- Promo period is from March 10, 2025, to Jun 30, 2025
- This promo is open to new and existing active GoTyme Bank Corporation (“GoTyme”) and Go Rewards users who will successfully pay with GoTyme debit card for local transactions at participating merchants listed below, with a minimum spend of P110 per transaction.
- Food delivery platforms in the Philippines - Grab and Foodpanda. Only transactions for rides, grocery, and food delivery qualify. E-wallet top-ups for these platforms are not eligible for the promo.
- Top 2 motorcycle-taxi booking app in terms of rider count in the Philippines, specifically Angkas and Move It. Only direct ride payments qualify. E-wallet top-ups for these platforms are not eligible for the promo.
- Top 2 e-commerce platforms in the Philippines in terms of market share, specifically Shopee and Lazada. Only direct product purchases qualify. E-wallet top-ups for these platforms are not eligible for the promo.
- Qualified users will earn Go Rewards points worth 0.08%, 0.8%, 8%, or 88% of their total transaction amount for every qualified transaction, whichever is applicable, with a maximum of 3 qualifying transactions per user per calendar month, and a maximum of 500 points awarded for every qualifying transaction. The reward for this promotion will be awarded to eligible users, on top of the standard points they earn from a regular debit card transaction (i.e. 1 point for every P600 spend for non-partner stores).
- Qualified users will be informed of their reward tier (e.g. 0.08%, 0.8%, 8%, or 88%) on the day that their reward is credited through an in-app communication from GoTyme.
- Any Go Rewards points earned from a qualified transaction will be credited to the user's account within seven (7) banking days following the successful transaction, subject to the terms outlined in paragraph.
- GoTyme reserves the right to withhold or refuse to award any Go Rewards points that may be earned, or to revoke any Go Rewards points already awarded, including those that have already been used or redeemed by the user, without need of prior notice, should any of the following occur:
- The user engaged in or employed fraudulent, unfair, and/or illegal schemes, methods, means or devices (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits, using fictitious accounts, etc.);
- The user is or was not qualified from participating in this promo and/or should not be entitled to the award based on the promo mechanics;
- The user’s GoTyme or Go Rewards account is invalid, suspended, dormant, or closed;
- The user failed to abide by the terms and conditions of GoTyme and/or Go Rewards; or
- Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is user- or merchant-initiated.
- In cases where Go Rewards points have already been credited to the user's account, GoTyme reserves the right to exercise any of the following at its discretion, without prior notice to the user, should any of the instances in paragraph 5 occur and if the user's Go Rewards balance is insufficient to cover the points to be revoked:
- Automatically debit from the user's Go Rewards balance when it becomes sufficient, until the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.; or
- Automatically debit from any of the user's existing GoTyme accounts, until the monetary value of the points earned from the transaction have been fully revoked.
- This promotion is not a partnership with these merchants in any way and has not been coordinated with these retail merchants. GoTyme is solely responsible for the execution of this promotion through the unilateral award of points to users’ accounts.
- The user agrees to hold GoTyme Bank, its directors, and officers free from any and all liability that may arise from his/her participation in this promo, including but limited to any withholding, refusal, or revocation of Go Rewards points and/or their equivalent in money.
